SpardhaMitra ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
To provide and personalise the app, sync your progress across devices, process subscriptions, send relevant notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, notifications), Razorpay (payments), and an AI provider to generate doubt-solver answers. These providers process data only to deliver their service.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. You may also email us to request deletion.
The app is intended for exam aspirants (typically 18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

SpardhaMitra provides exam-preparation content for MPSC and related Maharashtra exams. Content is compiled from publicly available question papers and answer keys and is provided for study purposes.
You sign in with a mobile number and/or Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. For security, an account is active on one device at a time.
Some features ("Pro") require a paid subscription. Prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions grant access for the stated duration and do not auto-renew.
You agree not to misuse the app, scrape or redistribute content, cheat leaderboards/battles, share your account, or use the AI tutor for unlawful or harmful content.
Questions, answer keys, AI answers and current-affairs summaries are provided "as is". We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it; always verify against official sources. We are not responsible for exam outcomes.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, SpardhaMitra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

This page explains how to delete your SpardhaMitra account and the data associated with it.
If you cannot access the app, email spardhamitra.help@gmail.com from your registered email or with your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify and complete the request within 7 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, mobile number, email), your study progress (quiz attempts, scores, XP, streaks, bookmarks), battle and leaderboard records, and your device/notification identifiers.
We may retain a minimal record of past transactions (e.g. payment/transaction references and invoices) where required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Card and UPI details are never stored by us — they are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. Anonymised, non-identifying records may be retained. Backups are purged on a rolling basis, within 90 days at most.
